as i said its the 4th time… im on the flypool and poloniex and its 4th time include today still waiting for payment.
should is use bitrex or other are they in the same maintenance mode these days for zec zcash

You’re free to use whomever you choose. It’s entirely up to you. Personally, I don’t understand why anyone uses Poloniex to be honest. None of the other exchanges have these problems with ZEC.
you shouldn’t send mining rewards at your exchange wallet too.
