I have just made a transaction (on Testnet), transferring 0.1 ZEC with fees 0.0001, who are accepted. However, I don’t understand why explorer blockchain display '0 ZEC in fees?

Zcha.in block explorer is wrong and has not been updated… Try blockchain.com…
blockchain.com don’t have zcash explorer!

Yea, block explorers are hit and miss for parsing shielded transactions correctly. Here’s a data quality survey from last December (I’ll try to update it soon and add Blockchair).
