Wait so we halve at BTC halving? Cant decide if this is good or not…
Really? Thought that depended on total coins mined, coins-per-block halved when Blossom activated (which halved the block time) so should still be the same.

I’m sure its been done properly otherwise we’ll be halving every two years, which would be far too exciting.

The countdown website owner probably didnt adjust the new Block height where the halving is to happen. 10.5 milion ZEC is supposed to be distributed at halving the blocks just happen faster after Blossom activation.

That part works well here (fiat to exch), instant & costs about USD $0.5 - but they don’t list ZEC so have to go via BTC or ETH & its not a very liquid exchange. Patience required, lots of patience.
I use transferwise to charge my debit card for a small fee and then I either go through the GBP Faster Payments system through my UK account if I want the funds instantly. I go through SEPA with an EMI if I can wait a biz day. Same here CEX delisted ZEC so I go through ETH. The wire fees would kill me our banks are insane with charging fees.
