is there a way to run zcbenchmark with Tromp’s solver?

I think so.

edit zcash.conf in the directory .zcash and add this line:

equihashsolver=tromp

No, you can’t run zcbenchmark with tromp’s solver. But a better indication of solver speed is to just run the miner; the metrics screen will show your average solver speed since start (total solutions found / time since start).

Which screen is this? I do see the network hash rate now.

I’ve added showmetrics=1 to .conf… Where do you view them?
