Hi guys, I have 12 x Sapphire RX480, however, 2 of them seem to be a bit tempremental. Each cost roughly £240. Asus for soem reason are cheaper. There is a ROG STRIX which is £220 or a Asus Radeon RX 480 DUAL OC which is £190. I am thinking of trying out the cheaper Asus. Are there any downsides to this? I can get roughly 300ish h/s on my Sapphire.
When you say “temperamental” what do you mean? Is it that they stop mining after a period of time and all the others keep running?
If so, then I’d suggest changing risers. I had several cards stop mining, thought they were dodgy until I changed to these risers and found that they then ran continually without any problems.
