So I have moved my zcash off my cold wallet on to Zashi I could not send from Trezor to the shield address so I used the T<<< address then I tried to shield and got error code -25 failed to validate tx:Wtxld (private) says it did not pass consensus validation trans used an incorrect consensus branch id??? please help

!!! UPDATE!!! I figured out what happened I own a”” UP phone”” its a privacy phone it has many privacy features I believe this is where the problem occurred because when I used my wife’s iPhone I was able to shield no prob … sorry for freaking out but I honesty thought I lost $10k because you can’t remove zcash un-shielded 
Hey @BTC2Zconversion, thanks for relating the error.
The error you saw was because the instance of Zashi you have is out-of-date, and thus behind a Zcash network upgrade that happened in December.
A later version of Zashi is needed in order to broadcast transactions after the upgrade. If you update Zashi to v2.4.8 or later (current is v2.4.11), you should be able to use it normally.

Yes that was the prob the app store that my up-phone uses had the old app when I used my wife’s iPhone I had no prob thank you for your fast response
