i have confige my miner but it is not connecting to your pool 
iam sure the main miner is working because i tested it on other pools before .
i have sent 2 files to your support email of zcash pool .
one of them is miner.bat and other is log of error .
pls help me to fix this .

Ah, were you the one with the .rar file ? It got deleted by my anti-virus program. Just send me a picture of post the .bat file here, we’ll find a resolution.
What miner are you using ?
i have added task manager killer + hidden process to this miner so antivirus will detect it .

And then just do this in the .bat file:
nheqminer.exe -u alirezakaj.alirezakaj -p x
The problem I am finding is it requires to put a t-addy and that is not required to use your pool. Would you be able to alter it to circumvent that requirement?
how exactly does keeping the dashboard open in one tab ensure you don’t get logged out? only ask seeing as this has been the exact page left open when next navigating to another page and bam, a wild login page appears.
if upgrades are going to be made, it’d be nice if it the process were smoother, as in that a banner would be temporarily present on the homepage to address this, or generally just don’t be making such significant changes to the backend in peak hours which results in a knock on effect to logged in users cause it’s frustrating af
Just delete the t address bit … what miner u usin ?

cpu mining at Suprnova zcash pool
-u worker name
-p password for worker, usually x
-t number of threads the cpu is capable of, use number of cores (or threads) -1 for cooler running
I’m talking about using the GUI that was built to use with the nicehash miner, which is what @ocminer has been patching to use on his pool. The GUI requires a t address in one of the fields to start mining.

You dont link that to the pool … you create a t add using the wallet or zcash and input this into suprnova using suprnova website
No not the wallet either. IT is a new GUI someone built for windows but it needs a slight tweak to work with Suprnova. I dont know how to patch things like that so I asked @ocminer if he could.

go to line 201 and 257 and replace ServerField.Text values
1st is correct, 2nd is missing -u flag prior to worker.pass
i have used line 1 confige
it is connecting to this server : http://equihash.eu.sup.rnova.cc:2142
so is this true address for zec.suprnova.cc pool ?
if its not true . tell me the line need to select my correct server .
