I am new in the cryptocurrency scene and I am interested in Zcash ( sorry if I make some english mistakes, it`s not my mothers tongue)
Does someone know when the harmony mining is happening?
Or is there even a topic where the community is/was talking about it?
I guess it would be good if this update would comming fast, because of the current bitcoin bullrun?!

Harmony mining is outsourced to Ycash 
Hi @krypto-hippo , harmony mining has been postponed from the next Network upgrade scheduled for this October (Blossom) Write spec for Harmony Mining · Issue #3672 · zcash/zcash · GitHub
The earliest it could be adopted, if they could figure out how to do it securely would be NU3 which would be 2020 or later.
Before it was postponed it was discussed at length in this and this thread
