Urgently need some help in Africa.
ZCash users from Kenya, Ghana, Uganda and Nigeria are regularly sending us complaints about the nonfunctionality of Shielded address available for download on mobile and PC in Africa.
Guarda wallet stayed put at 50% while syncing, others failed to displayed with blank pages.
Kindly help with any possible solution.

Yes, the Guarda wallet is often slow to sync, I have heard that complaint before. That is something to ask @guardawallet about, they have a pretty responsive support team on Twitter: https://twitter.com/GuardaWallet?s=09
The other screenshot you posted is the Android companion app to ZecWallet lite or fullnode: Zecwallet Lite - Fully featured Zcash wallet
To use the Android companion app you must connect it to a PC that has ZecWallet already running on it. If not it will not function correctly. If you have already done that then please post your issues here so @adityapk00 or others can help you get it working again.

I filed an issue with guarda wallet about this a while ago idk
Guarda support is a joke. They told me through email that you have to keep the app open and your phone cant go to sleep for at least three hours. They mentioned that it couldn’t run in the background. Just have to wait it out for a better option to come along I guess.

Good news, ZecWallet lite is now on the Google play store!
Much quicker than Guarda for sync: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zecwalletmobile and it supports seed phrases for backup
