How long does it takes to see my worker in the statistics?
I’m currentl ymining 5min and there is nothing in statisitcs at my adress.
Using eu1-zcash.flypool…and already submitted 400 shares.

We have reduced the default payment threshold to 0.01 ZEC. This should ensure that you receive your mining rewards in a timely fashion. Payouts are sent every 10 minutes.
@ioglnx It takes at maximum 10 minutes for a new workers to appear on the dashboard.

Any chance to have some type of calculator or indicator on future earnings at current speed? (hour/day/week/month?)
At the moment such a calculator does not make sense as we are still in the slow mining phase where the block reward increases with each block. Once the block reward is stable we will add such a calculator.

There is no problem I read available funds incorrectly.
My miners are submitting shares, but the stats page shares and my unpaid balance hasn’t moved in more than 30 minutes now. Whats going on? A few hours ago it was working. Is there something wrong with the pool again? I have close to 3kH, so numbers should be increasing… but they are not.
Balance only increases when a block matures (takes 100 confirmations). If the pool does not find a block for 1 hour → no balance increase during that hour).
Stats about submitted shares are updated once every 30 minute. Hashrate stats are updated every 10 minutes.

Why i lost randomly all my coins mined. I was like 0.0277 and go back later to 0.0034 in my balance. What happened ?

I would like to switch to your pool coming from nicehash, but I am not sure which gpu miner to use on windows. What would you suggest? Thanks

Nvidia : there’s a link on the pool for a Nicehash Fork (slower than 3a) but atleast you can use it with any pool

I did a small test on my system to see what the cost is to mine on flypool.
System specs:
Intel i5 6600K at 3.5GHz
16 GB RAM
Radeon R9 380 4GB
Windows 10
Idle power consumption 50W
Using Genoil (GPU) miner, total system power consumption is 180W for 11 Sol/s.
This is currently good for about 0.0012 ZEC/day.
At 0.2 EUR/kWh, the cost is 707 EUR/ZEC
Using nhegminer (CPU), total system power consumption is 100W for 25 Sol/s.
This is currently good for about 0.0028 ZEC/day.
At 0.2 EUR/kWh, the cost is 173 EUR/ZEC
Running both at the same time consumes 220W, resulting in 36 Sol/s, for a cost of 264 EUR/ZEC.
Of course the cost should go down in the near future as the reward per block increases. Also, the ZEC per day can greatly vary, so this is more of a relative instead of an absolute comparison.
Conclusions:
- Running GPU mining only is extremely cost-ineffective
- Running CPU mining only is the most efficient
- Running both miners is good for maximizing throughput, but also increases the cost vs CPU-mining-only with 52%, which is not worth the effort imo. Better to have a little less ZEC, but cheaper.
