Since we launched Zecmap, we have made significant progress. This shows that there is a strong desire within the community to use Zcash in everyday life. Our latest statistics are as follows:

- Android app launched 3 days ago (stats are not yet available to us)
Business Network & Partnerships:
- 9,794 active businesses on the map
- Active businesses across 23 countries
- A partnership with a real-estate chain with 19 branches across 5 countries
- An ongoing effort to add Flexa businesses to the map
Reach & Community:
- 9,764 website visits in the last 90 days
- 515 followers and 151.4K impressions on X (@ZecMap) over the past 5 months

We submitted a retroactive grant request for Zecmap. One of the main reasons for this is to carry out further initiatives that can help take the Zecmap ecosystem to the next level.
The emails we send, the 3–5 days of communication we sometimes have with businesses, and all the effort we put into growing Zecmap are part of our long-term goal of building and moving forward with a strong culture.
We don’t see Zecmap as just a map, but as a living ecosystem that can help make Zcash more useful in everyday life.
We will continue working toward this goal, and we will make it happen.

Rlay Hub Event Report
The event report will be published under a separate topic on August 21, 2026. Nevertheless, we would like to share some important information here.
We had a great experience during the three-day event. We had the opportunity to meet many students and developers, exchange ideas, and make new plans for the future.
As part of the event, we organized a 48-hour mini hackathon, during which a total of 10 projects were submitted. The details of these projects will be shared separately in the event report.
In addition, we gave a presentation introducing Zcash and explaining how participants can get involved in the ecosystem. During the presentation, we also had the opportunity to explain the differences between shielded and transparent transactions on the blockchain.
We believe that direct, face-to-face communication with people at events like these is one of the most effective ways to introduce the Zcash ecosystem and attract new users.
As a result of the event, more than 30 new wallet downloads were recorded. Every user who downloaded a wallet was sent $5 worth of Zcash as a gift. Through this initiative, we aim to help new users discover Zcash and make their first shielded transactions.
