I can’t see a way to edit my previous post, but I found the answer to my question here:

General exception: std::bad_alloc

Using the Swing Wallet GUI I try to make a z-to-z transaction and I get this error: An error occurred when sending cash. Error message is: general exception: std::bad_alloc Please ensure that the sending parameters are correct. You may try again later… I checked the parameters. The address and amount are both correct.

The error is letting me know that I do not have enough RAM allocated to the Zcash process.
