ZEC transactions not sending from Ledger Nano S

Hello,

Is anyone else encountering issues broadcasting Zcash transactions from their Ledger Nano S hardware wallet? I’ve tried several times over 3 days, and it’s still not going through.

I’ve updated the software and cleared the cache.

The transaction take about 2 minutes to come up on the wallet but after confirming the inputs, I get a failed transaction. Any ideas?

Make sure you have updated both the Ledger Live software and the device firmware. If you have already done so, you will need to contact Ledger. They are probably using an outdated branch id. They need to update it.
