We released new videos to the ‘Zcash Explained’ series. If you have suggestions for topics you would like to see next, please do comment.
Our focus on media is showing with steady growth of the Youtube Channel. Zcashd tutorials and Shorts were among the most popular content on the channel. We are interested in joining more platforms.
Our DAO site now accessible from the Wiki. Portfolio is being worked on.
Weekly operations meetings have been great for gathering ideas and feedback. We have had some issues getting usable recordings this month however. Meetings are held on Tuesdays in the Zcash Global discord.

ZecHub will feature during a presentation at Zcon4.
One more, almost personal bit of feedback: The ZecHub team, especially @squirrel and @dismad are putting in work in the ZFAV channels and events. I believe they are doing that so they can do what they do better and they are teaching me along the way, as well. Or they are simply obsessed with Zcash communities and I totally get that.
Biggest increase was in YouTube subscribers, and GitHub Forks and PR’s
The Twitter followers, YouTube subscribers, Newsletter subscribers, GitHub Forks, and DeWork member categories have always had a postive increase since measurement started
Big call out is Twitter Monthly impressions are down – this surprised me and wonder if its due to the bear market or perhaps something else we could improve on.
Most popular podcast video is the brand new ZecHub 1 Year anniversary with @squirrel and @januszgrze . This is clear evidence Podcast style content is popular and in demand.
Most popular HOWTO videos:
Zcashd Wallet Tool - Generate & Import Private Key Zcash Explained: Bitcoin’s Fungibility Problem Access your ZEC in Ywallet
Most popular shorts:

Top Tweet this month is comparing and contrasting different blockchain technologies.
Should be noted these videos were streamlined by @thedesertlynx and Dash’s Dan S.. This type of cross community collaboration is exactly what ZecHub is all about.
DAO proposals can now be made by anyone in the community

We recently added ZecHub Brasil and will be keeping track of the usual KPI’s
I’d also like to point out a survey we conducted about social media. I will let the community decide how to interpret the results, but it seems we have a long way to go to capture new users using only highly decentralized social media. @jelly5649
Thanks for sharing! I think how folks choose to communicate is very interesting and they bring up some good points. I’m not sure if “web3” will ever be completely mainstream, maybe similar to the L1 , L2, L3 idea from blockchains. At the end of the day, where the majority goes is what will be used (for better or for worse!)
Yeah I realize its not very thorough but I hoped the other option would allow one to add what they use. I find it interesting that all these radically decentralized protocols / apps exists but know one either: knows they exists, or how to use them. How will they grow in use if it only used by folks who never talk about them?
I guess its hard for me to take Monero seriously when the only thing I see ( on the platforms I tend to use) is Monero folk bashing Zcash or anyone that isn’t them. I see very few big monero accounts calling out the toxic behavior and I just stop paying attention. So its great they have a decentralized first culture, but that isn’t enough for me, and probably others, to join in because frankly I dont want to be associated with that kind of toxic behavior.
