No, you are doing nothing wrong. Mac Pro only supports Westmere architecture CPU’s which do not have AVX and AVX2 capabilities (only SSE4) so this is perfectly normal.

If you check the usage of the GPU processor you gonna get around 75% only using nheqminer-gpu.

Is the same issue that I’m facing with my GTX 1080, I can only get around 350 Sols/s this represents only aprox. 75% of the GPU punch.

I opened one issue on git hubs 75% of usage on GPU only · Issue #26 · kozyilmaz/nheqminer-macos · GitHub to try to figure out whats happening.

I running on a MBP 2017 with an eGPU (Akitio Node) with a GTX 1080 Asus STRIX
