6 GPU Problems, PLEASE HELP

I currently have the following setup:

Asrock Z97 Gaming Extreme Mobo
6 x RX480 Nitros
1300W Gold Rated EVGA PSU
8 Gb RAM
Intel i3 CPU

Running Windows 7 Pro 64x

So i connected 6 GPUs using USB 3.0 Powered Risers, All 6 GPUs pick up in Device manager, but 2 of them have an exclamation mark over them, (The device has stopped working and was stopped by windows) the miner does not see all 6, only 4 of them, I have 5 of these rigs and all 5 of them are doing exactly the same thing.

using 1 SATA Cable per 2 risers, and each card running its own 8 Pin power from PSU

Any ideas? is this MOBO related, operating system or something else I’m missing? I’m using 16.7 Crimson Drivers.

What is the error code reported in device manager?

Default wi does can’t handle so many GPUs but there is a fix. Don’t have the link right now but if you google around you will find it.
