About dev fees and how to remove them

Nahhh, nothing will be “killed” and development process will continue, it’s like the situation with old MIFARE Classic Oyster Underground hacking or Russian Troyka card hacking, 1-2% will use, 98-99% will be too lazy to even read this thread from the beginning.

Say that no one of you use KMS-emulators, always buy Adobe products for 2500$+ and so on? Won’t believe. It’s digital business, it’ll always be people who want to use your product for free, maybe Optiminer should have spent more time protecting his intellectual property?

Simple solution - use end-to-end encryption for his devfee traffic with his private server (looking at Optiminers daily income, servicing such server will be a tear in the ocean for him) and then send it unencrypted to pool stratum. Like this: devfee(encrypted)->Optiminers’ serv(decryption)->pool stratum(unencrypted)

Man, you’ve been slightly hacked and look, you’ve begun hysteria like 14yo girl, removed everything and so on.

If you miss Optiminer so, here is alternative:

Think it’s clear that optiminer uses optimised Silentarmy kernel, those of you who miss him, cooperate, make a developement fund and hire skilled OpenCL-freelancer to optimise existing opensource Silentarmy code for you, and bam!, get your private miner with even higher speed without any devfees. Everybody’s happy and no one feeds greedy dev.

Seriously, Claymore has 2.5% fee and higher or equal speeds, and he’s not moaning around about his heavy duty (actually, he’s monaning, of course, but he’s wise guy and probably won’t do hysterical steps like Optiminer does), in this situation Optiminer looks like a resentful schoolboy.
