Cannot Send ZEC with Ledger Live

I keep getting the -25: missing inputs errors when trying to send zecs using ledger live. I have updated to the latest LL version and firmware. Would anyone able to help? Thank you

Most of the similar errors I find about that seem to point to clearing the cache memory from the btc app which it says is required (image), something about reusing the previous account causes problems maybe

The issue you’re having isnt listed on this one i dont think

Thank you for the replies. I was able to send zec after clearing the ledger live app cache then uninstalled the btc and zec app on ledger nano then reinstalled just the zec app

I’m affected by the error ““Internal error 0x6f01”” which according to the kb article, is due to a deshielded balance being sent to a t address. I’ve tried for months to access my funds. Has anyone been able to work around the issue somehow? The entirety of my savings is in this, so it’s becoming an increasingly urgent issue for me.

Privacy is normal. Being unable to access your funds is too!

Just a reminder to Ledger or other Hardware Wallet (HW) users. If you decide to restore your wallet with a software wallet like Ywallet or others, this should be a temporary solution to move your assets to where you can access it. Make sure that you generate a different address on your hardware wallet for security reasons. If you happen to use Ledger for different chains, then you need to move all these assets to a new hardware wallet-generated address to get security guarantees that HW offers.

Thank you for your response. I tried the link but it may have expired. I would be willing to restore my wallet to yWallet for now as a temporary solution.
