Limiting resource usage with nheqminer (CPU / GPU, I'm new)

Hello everyone,
I decided to start mining Zcash with nheqminer, using GPU (Intel GTX970 atm, I know it’s shit and I might change it soon) and CPU (Intel i-5 quadcore 3.2Ghz).
For now, although my sol/s aren’t that great, I want to reduce the resource usage of this miner (or at least learn how to). Currently this is how I run:

CPU: nheqminer -l zec-eu1.nanopool.org:6666 -u MyAdr/MyWorker1/YOUR_EMAIL -p x

GPU: nheqminer -l zec-eu1.nanopool.org:6666 -u MyAdr/MyWorker2/YOUR_EMAIL -p x -cd 0 -t 0

Any suggestion on how I do that (limit resource usage)?

I accidently wrote “Intel GTX970”. Ofc that I mistaked it for NVidia…

CPU mining Zcash is wasting your time and power… using NHQ is also a waste of time a resources since it is a dead mining software

You want to use Claymore for AMD and EWBF for Nvidia

To reduce resources install MSI afterburner

CPU mining, use NiceHash
