Nheqminer on macOS (supporting older cards with Djezo too)

If anyone is interested for a macOS miner supporting both old (GT 650/750 etc) and new cards (> GT 9xx), I released a customized version of nheqminer-0.5c with a patched Djezo CUDA solver.
