I mine anonymously on zec.suprnova.cc. My wallet is t1LWMN73WDrVu7xE9MPopLQzJNWsEtHX2Nh. I made the mistake of using the same wallet for my anonymous mining as I used for my registered account. I have changed the wallet on my registered account a couple of times hoping to trigger the auto pay from my anonymous account but nothing is happening. My balance on the anonymous account is more than the minimum required to pay out. The address in my registered account is poloniex’s wallet address for zcash, could that be the issue?

@ocminer,I apologize, I didn’t see your reply before I sent my request for help. Thank you. I still don’t understand what should happen next as my balance is still sitting in the pool and not being sent to the wallet. Is there a certain amount of time I should wait.

My balance is in frozen state. No block for 4+ hours. Even tho miner is receiving shares. Should I be worried?

@ocminer how do you do the hash/s stats for the workers?
I’m writing a script in python to monitor my workers HR and I query the pool using api action=getuserworkers.
I see from suprnova numbers changes a lot while other pools like ethermine report more stable hr.
What do you recommend to collect more reliable numbers? I mean to build the average how many times to query and interval?
PS: monitoring the miner itself I see stable HR but I want to monitor with the pool HR so I can have different miners.
