Suprnova's ZCash Pool zec.suprnova.cc

no no, I’m on suprnova pool. And never asked for a payout

Now I’m getting again the “Updates, Upgrades… !” page…

Yet another issue: connections closed by remote host!
Sols/s dropped to zero! WFT??

So, that means that people are just running some binary they downloaded? I would not do that.

I’ve noticed some discrepancies in my earnings from the Dashboard, but I’m almost positive it’s because of the way balances are rounded to the nearest .0001. If some of your earnings moved to confirmed they may be rounded down and it will look like you have a smaller amount. For me suprnova has been 100% legit even though things were very rough after Zcash launched.

I’ve noticed a problem with the ultra small fractions of coins I’m crediting here.

PHP has a bad habit that it display numbers with more than 5 trailing zeroes as “E-5”… so for example

0.000001234 gets to 1.234E-5

or

0.0000001234 gets 1.234E-6

etc.

Of course that looks strange when you see 1.234E-5 in your account and later you only get 0.000001234 as a payout, I’m sorry, I’ll try to disable that behaviour in php when I find out how without breaking anything … I don’t want to do experiments with the payouts.

Sorry I was doing a DB Upgrade, i’ve notified in Twitter about that:
http://twitter.com/SuprnovaPools

Only Frontend was affected, Backend was fine, so your shares got counted and credited.

There are a lot of payments in the Manual Queue, just do a Manual Payout (by pushing on the “Cash Out” button on the “My Account” page) and your Balance will get paid with the next batch.

I got this error on the miner’s console, not on the frontend. I wonder why my Sols/s are 50% lower now

what error ? did you restart your miner ?

the error I reported above about connection closed by remote host, then Sols/s dropped to zero. So yes, I had to restart the miner several times. Now it seems stable, but I’m mining at about 2/3rd of maximum power

EDIT: It looks like I was having network issues. Now it’s getting better

@ocminer by the way, could you confirm there is no way for total earning to decrease over time?
I experienced this odd behavior before, and would like to know if it was just a temporary problem where the counter is displayed

Lol, sorry it was a typo 10.0sol/s
Guess I need to proof read before hitting submit.

Of course, maybe you just looked in the middle of an upgrade or so I am watching

@ocminer been waiting for a whole hour for my manual cash out to process, I thought the whole point of a cash out is that you get the coin asap.

Edit: Just got the ZEC to my exchange account, one full hour of waiting, seriously?x

You probably got your answer already, but in case not, my understanding is that you can have a shared configuration, but the login will be different for each worker. Username stays the same but each worker has different name. E.g. jondoe.worker1 … jondoe.worker2 … etc.

My thoughts, too. I’m running a dedicated 4.1 Ghz, i7 6700 quad core / 8 thread desktop … and only getting about 16 sol/sec. Abysmal. Hashrate is only about 16 H/sec. What gives?

Failed to mention that I’ve got a 100 Mbps internet connection, too. That seems more than adequate.

CPU mining is and always will be a fantasy.

I am running the same CPU and getting the same sol/s. Nothing too crazy. I only have 8Gb of DDR4 ram in my pc so I’m thinking it may be being bottlenecked. I’m going to add another 8Gb stick soon and see if that helps. Also put -t 7 in you .bat file and it may bump up your Sol/s a few. It only runs 7 threads but It seemed to help mine.

Im using i7 6700 with 7 threads… 17 sol/s
Using wifi to mine :persevere: as my routers downstairs lol
