Can somebody PLEASE tell me WHY manual cash out has the payout address grayed out??? I can’t figure it out!
That field is always greyed out, as said already, look above, in the middle of the screen you’ll find “Payment Address” - enter it there, then it’ll appear in the grey box after update

So I enter my payment address in the field as you show, enter my PIN in the ‘Cash Out’ panel and click ‘Cash Out’ I get an error: “You have no payout address set.”. I appreciate your patience I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. As previously stated, If I re-enter the ‘Payment Address’ I get an error that indicates “Failed to update your account” because ocminer you said that address is already in use however, It never has shown up in the manual ‘cash out’ payment address field.
The address is in use by another account, you have to use a new one. Once it is set you can cash out

Exactly. I doubt Pink Motorboat is a holiday somewhere in the world but “Pink Motorboat Weekend” IMHO just founds better than “0% fee over the weekend”

Went to setup my new 6 GPU mining rig last night and opened box from seller with 2 bitcoin pro boards and CPU to find they never packed the CPU ehhhhh next week before I can get a replacement uk company Kikatec said it was out of stock but never informed me and charged me for it anyway there amazon shop showed in stock,I checked the shipping receipt when arrived and all was correct so didn’t think to open box till all parts were here,has been sitting here for a week and assumed it was in box, lesson learned

may be you are doing some updates on zec pool?
Yes there were some little updates but hashrate should remain correct, did you try to restart your miners ? Or maybe try to switch die node, we have zec.suprnova.cc:2142 or zec-eu.suprnova.cc:2142 or even zec-us.suprnova.cc:2142 … sometimes one node is better than the other depending on your connection
I noticed this also individual miners rate shows half what they should but combined rate on pool is correct so not concerned as its the combined rate that seems to be most accurate,in my experience 90% of the time stats are accurate and things like when Claymore switches to dev fee can alter the reported rate, we are only 5 weeks into zcash mining and still finding best options for stats but happy with pool performance
Yeah especially with Claymore I see that on my rigs too, when it mines devfee of course your own hashrate drops a bit but catches up later again when it returns mining into your accounts. Other miners as Silentarmy etc don’t show this behavior but hashrate is slower of course
