Does anyone know why my miner could be disconnecting and reconnecting constantly on suprnova. I dont have this problem on Mining pool hub. Im using the nicehash miner. It was working fine sine Zcash started butnow for the last week it will not stay connected.
Ive try switching to different releases and changing settings and nothin helps. Still keeps disconnecting and reconnecting.
What’s your username and what’s the URL you’re connecting to?I’ve had some reports that switching the stratum URL resolves the problem.
I did some tests and came to the conclusion that for some users

As the first uses geolocationing. So if you’re having issues, try to swap the URLs
Hey, is there a possibility to see 24h hashrate averages and 24h earnings per worker? I can’t find it in the interface, but maybe I’m missing something?
Also, is there an API to query worker states?

There is an estimated earnings forecast but not sure if it’s correct as Ocminer was working on it
So, can someone help me to understand why you would want to change the difficulty setting and perhaps provide some situational examples?

Why is my hashrate on the dashboard lower than what its showing on the miner by 50%
Yes it’s been jumping about showing lower speeds of late,I have tried different ports but no change although this is just with my individual miners readings if I check the combined hash rate for my 3 mining rigs the hash rate matches for me,I don’t think there is a pool at the moment that is not having difficulty reporting correct rate also when miner switches to dev fee your rate decrease for a time
It is normally better to use a fixed difficulty as the reported rate of the miner is more accurate but it will make no difference to your earnings
CPU Mining anonymously using nheqminer on Windows with the -u parameter set as my ZEC wallet address but the anonymous stats do not show anything? I’m receiving shares in the miner. Am i missing something?

I have a question about earnings. On the dashboard my confirmed earnings are 0.0021. On the Total Zec earnings report my balance is 0.00078494. Thats a big difference. Which one is right? And Yes I’m a small miner.
Your balance is 0.0021 - you can withdraw that at any time you want.

Sure, same as for normal mining. Use d=8888 as worker password, regardless what your real password is and you’ll have 8888 as diff statically

@ocminer many members do not understand the diff settings, can you explain what the benefit if any if diff is set?
OK I determined that if you are logged into supernova.cc with an account BUT also have an anonymous miner running in the pool, the anonymous stats will NOT show up on the anonymous dashboard. If you log out of the account however it does.
A question however…I do show the anonymous miner working in the pool with some confirmed ZEC. When does that payout or at what threshold?
