I have a very stressing question to me know
Dose the amount of gfx ram matter in mining
I had to choose between
Rx 470 4g for 212.5$
Rx 470 8g for 245$
Rx 480 4g for 282.5
I got 2* 470 8g thinking that the ram will make difference
And 1* 480 4g as I thought it would be more powerful than the 8g 470
But I see that it is nearly the same result from all
Should I get all the cards 470 4g
Or what
And what values helps me to decide what card will give higher hash rate???
Is 222 a good value for the 470 8 g
And 230 for the 480 4 g ?
Should it modify the timing straps to get higher rates or no?

now i have a very strange situation
i have 2 of the msi armor 470 8g
yesterday both of them was operating on 220-222
today the 1st gpu works 180-185
and the second is at the normal rate of 220-222
how to fix this ?

we all told you to buy rx 480 8gb or 470 8gb why did you buy rx 480 4gb? You wasted 70$…
But ok. Go into wattman or google and clock your graphic cards it should run 25mhs + each card.

And I found that the 470 4g nitro has the same amount of MHz as my 470 8 g

it depends from coin to coin. Ethereum is memory based. Zcash is more core based and monero is 50/50.
470 8gb are the best for low budged. And you can resell them on ebay or something because gamers also buy them not only miners.
I use Claymore tried 10&11 bother with the same value
But the strange thing I noticed that normally I get
220-225—220-225----230-235
But some times the 1st GPU drops to 160-180
Why is that
And how to monitor the GPU temp
Cuz the control (radeon setting) won’t open as long as there is not a monitor attached to one of the cards
And I red some one said that Claymore 11 gave 320 of his stock 480 how is that ?
some time the miner just halts on itself with no reason
and i have to restart it so get working agine
some othe times gpu0 hash rate drops from 220 to 180
and i wanted to know is it normal that the round passes 100%?
