Transaction unconfirmed by some blockchain viewers

Hi.

Some days ago i’m made transaction.

But now (06.11) this transaction isn’t confirmed at destination service:

I see minus balance at destination account Accounts - Zchain , but unable to view transaction page: Transactions - Zchain

Can you explain it and help me?

are you sending zec from an exchange? maybe you need to confirm an email to proceed with the transaction.

Hi, before and after that I already made transfers to this account with 0.5 ZEC with 0.001 fee
