Waiting 6 days for deposit and still waiting

I have a problem with transaction

My ZEC address is: t1ZTTFKJxTNy9hB9Li1G2P6L8ecQZXWA3gz

I bought 3.17 ZEC and send it to another wallet by POLONIEX. The dont answer by support.

First hash is: 940b7e4536c63b620723ff352bb8f13030fc17822484154173452513aebbc55d

next hash is: 688d0352cbe240c9275f904f6fba38ad921e07be497de5591d79e7dab17bd720

and now is: 1496661940213129539c617393c2bfdff5506c50a0b3fe848ba998a614f4507f

Coins are still not in wallet.

Anyone can help or explain what is going why it take so long?

Money will be on wallet or i lose 3.17zec?

Transaction fee is: 0.00100000 like always. I’ve done some transactions before and everything was ok but now first time problems with zcash.

So can you help? Where are my coins? How long i must wait? Im waiting now 6 days and there is no coins.

Is your withdrawal request shown as pending or completed? If it’s pending, it’ll probably get there eventually - although waiting that long for a relatively small amount sounds odd to me. If it’s completed and you don’t have the money in your other wallet and the txid is valid on the Zcash blockchain, then it’s something you’ll need Boloniex support for. Same if the txid is invalid…

Withdraw is completed. I can see transaction on zcash blockchain:

for wallet that i send 3.17zec

but…

coins are in the air not in main wallet and not in second wallet
