Big guy moved to suprnova pool. There was also one with 500000 KH/s and now is almost 1 MH/s. That is incredible! So he just used half mining power on suprnova and half on flypool. Now it’s all in the same place… 1 Mh/s. It’s inredible huge!!!
it can not be connected
Hi. I’m new to fly pool and zcash mining and currently only cpu mining using nheqminer. What is current vs reported hash rate? i Know My Hashrate Is Low But Appeaers Im Not Getting paid Out. Is the mining calculator on coinwarz.com remotely accurate? Thanks
@peter_zcash : I have being using your pool from day one and at the beginning I was mining with the ‘z’ address. I wrote you on the support portal too but no answer for two days. My question is: can you pay my ‘z’ earnings’ to my ‘t’ address? I have also provided more details for validation.
Does anyone think that overclocking my cpu would do anything to help Sols/hash?
You will need to provide us with a message that was signed with your z address private key in order to prove that you are indeed the owner of this account. Unfortunately we cannot accept any other form of verification (miner ip address, etc…) as they can be easily spoofed. But we will pay out all z addresses as soon as version 1.0.1 of zcash has been released.
OK. Thanks for the replay. So you need the wallet.dat file right?
No, never send that to anyone! Just a signature with your account. Zcash should have an RPC method for that.
OK. Thanks for clarifying. So you I just need to run ./zcash-cli signmessage “zcashaddress” “message” correct?
Yeah, the syntax looks good.
I tried the command with my ‘z’ address used at your pool for mining and I keep getting “Invalid Address” error. I tried with a ‘t’ address and it was fine. So it looks like the ‘signmessage’ method only works with ‘t’ addresses. There is no z equivalent method. Any other suggestion?
Dit you get 46 H/s on a single R9 290? please explain! I am getting around 27
Seems like zcash devs did not include that feature for now. We will open a issue with them and hopefully get it implemented for the 1.0.1 version.
Github issue to track: signmessage and verifymessage RPC calls do not support z addresses · Issue #1770 · zcash/zcash · GitHub
We have updated our getting started guides and have added instructions for nheqminer v.0.3a as well as zogminer.
@peter_zcash is it possible to get the stats engine to be a bit more “exact”? ethermine was amazing in that regard, every 10 minutes on the 10 minute mark, every time. I know this is a low priority item, but it helps with client testing.
thanks
I also wish to transfer some funds mined to a test address by mistake. I’ve opened a ticket on the helpdesk with the signed proof a couple of days ago. I suppose you have a lot of supports tickets these days, but I was wondering when do you expect to process the payment?
Hi Peter,
Any interest in setting up a pool for people who oppose the 20% Founder Tax? There is a growing community of people who tell me they would join such a pool.
The pool should just run normal Zcash mining code, and only plan on switching if a majority of network power joins NoTax pools. This is not like the ETC hardfork, and should have no impact on the current blockchain.
nheqminer v0.4a with silentarmy kernel also works with flypool
Have all the issues with flypool been worked out? I’d like to come back to it if it’s now stable.
It’s working much better for me.
