Ledger HW wallet Zcash user satisfaction survey

Hello! I have created a brief and completely anonymous user satisfaction survey for Zcash Ledger hardware wallet users. The objective is to gather some metrics about your perception about Ledger’s performance as a hardware wallet provider and (hopefully) have a better understanding of how the inconveniences that have been affecting Zcashers holding ZEC on their ledger devices.
