Hello! I wanted to inform that Ledger told us that they are testing a fix for the problem and they have been able to send funds pre and post NU6.

If they confirm the fix the software release will go through the usual process and appear on Ledger Live. We will keep the community updated when we get more information.

Was there ever any info on ledger transparent transactions? I was trying to send with the latest firmware - and Iā€™m getting a different error now.

ā€œAn exception occurred during transaction send: 16: mandatory-script-verify-flag-failed (Script evaluated without error but finished with a false/empty top stack element)ā€

This seems to be different than the different chain?

Hopefully they will get a fix in 2025, as soon that happens Iā€™m ditching Ledger for Keystone.

I got consent from Ledger to share this with you all:

Hi Pacu. We had to go into another round of bug fix and testing unfortunately. If latest fix works fine, this should land in Ledger Live Mobile around 24th February and Ledger Live Desktop beg. of march.

just updated the zcash app on mobile & desktop ledger live, still canā€™t send my $ZECā€¦ I am getting a different error now though:

This was the new error I was getting with the ledger stax on deskop fwiw. I know this is screaming to the chior but for ZECs benefit, we need to figure out how to get ledger to support ZEC well vs walking away (even though I wonā€™t be using their wallet again)

These are by far the most widely used crypto wallets - only thing you can buy w cash (at bestbuy) & after the ledger privacy hack along w people getting kidnapped there are opsec issues with ordering the others online.

i was finally able to transfer my ZEC on ledger live mobile once i updated the actual ledger live app on the app store. (zcash fix was actually in the patch notes)

@pacu mentioned there should be a ledger live update for desktop in the coming week.
