Hello everybody i have buy the zcash on changelly.com. The transaction it’s ok but in my peronal wallet i don’t see the coins. I use software for mac named zcash4mac. I have write my personal trasparent id on changelly.com. Why i don’t see my coins?
Did you ever figure out the issue? I have the same issue, and I’m wondering if it’s because the blockchain hasn’t synchronized fully with my wallet.
