This seems to be resolved now, my ledger live balance is updating and receiving zcash fine.

Hi, I managed to do the same with Ian Colemanā€™s tool running offline in a live Linux distro session on a dvd. Do you know specifically what field contains the key I need to then import into a software based hot wallet? I tried the private key of just the t-address containing my entire balance but it didnā€™t work. It was a change address that I figured out how to look for in Ian Colemanā€™s tool. I put this on hold until I can safely do it. Iā€™m not planning to do anything other than find a new place to store it. Any input would be helpful. Iā€™m likely going to rely on YWallet as well since itā€™s a great application.

I bought a new phone device and try it out yet it was unsuccessful. Here are the errors Iā€™ve encountered:

I) IOS devices unable to scan QR code of unified account viewing key

II) QR code of unified account viewing key can be scanned and imported to an android device as WO account but itā€™s showing different address from SG account. I have funded the SG account and WO account did not receive the fund so i assume the WO account is different acc from SG account after imported. I repeat the same steps for different new address for at least 3 times, and every time the WO account shows different address from the SG account although it was imported through scanning the QR code generated from the SG account.

Any solution?

The ufvk doesnā€™t now have the transparent address. You can check that the S+O addresses are the same between WO and SG.

Hi good day! As the tutorial you sent earlier was about import the ufvk, and the uf address showing on on SG and WO did not match from my end.

However, i tried import only zvk and they were matched between 2 different devices.

Now i am wondering how to check s+o address on my WO wallet, as it only shows s address and did not display u address as i imported only zvk due to ufvk did not match.

UA can include one or many receivers. You can select which ones in the settings under ā€œMain Address Typeā€.
