FYI: As per your instructions it compiles fine on Ubuntu but not on Debian, even though the original Nicehash release does.

you are using the wrong version, you’d have to use this version:

Hello! I am almost noob in mining. I want to mine zcash on supernova. Now everything works good. But as I understand it is only testnet. So I have 2 questions

What should I do to start real mining when it will begin. Should I reload my miners, create some new user or I may just start mining at 27 October and in hour X all my earnings will be reset. And I will start to earn real zcash.

Is it true that speed I have now in test net will be similar on real?

even after running the miners for a while (~ 15 mins).
I am mining now on you testpool.
Your getting started manual points to http://ww17.zeccoin.org/ tp get a wallet.
This is just an empty site. Can you please elaborate on that? Is this your site? Do you plan to provide something there?
