For me this looks like your miner is starting to produce invalid solutions after 2-3 minutes. After sending an invalid solution you will get disconnected from the pool. That is why your miner is reconnecting after every submitted share. The pool provides a reason why it did reject a share which should be displayed by the miner, which does not seem to be the case here.
i did that. I have inbox, sent, and archive. No option to compose a new message. when i look at his profile i see activity, badges, and summary.
Have you checked (clicked) your âInboxâ? I did, and I get a âNew Messageâ button above the âInboxâ. You get a compose widow at the bottom of the page.

main problem seems to be from the pool its killing the connection for some reason, causing the zero sols error which in turn leads to a miner restart, after so many restarts it kills the entire machine
The pool is disconnecting miners if they submit invalid solutions, this seems to cause a hickup in the miners which in turn causes the 0 sol/s issue. We have disable the disconnection for now and hope that it will resolve the issue.

Remake nheqminer_v0.3 for flypool.
0.3 its much better than 0.2 for me , and i must dig in another pool,not flypool , cuz here is 0.2
Guys, just use the nheqminer_v0.3 with flypool ⌠use the .exe of v0.2 and the dlls of v0.3 ⌠it works and is about 3 Sols/s faster for me ⌠but still no AMD-support! 
Or use the nicehash-version and set the LOCATION flag with -l to the flypool-server: GitHub - nicehash/nheqminer: Equihash miner for NiceHash
EDIT: oh I see the description of the nicehash nheqminer is still old ⌠you canât use the -l flag to point to the flypool-server 
nheqminer does not have the silentarmy solver so its way slower than gnoli
