As we have done for previous ZCG elections, we will be hosting a community call with the candidates who are standing for election to ZCG:

The call will take place on Monday June 17th at 19:00 UTC. You can join the live call using this link:

The call will also be recorded and uploaded to the ZF Youtube channel.

Please post the questions you would like the candidates to answer in this thread :point_down:. The questions with the most likes (:heart:s) will be prioritized. Please suggest multiple questions as separate posts, so that they can be :heart:'d separately.

What do you think the best approaches are for determining which grantees will continue to remain involved in the Zcash community after grant funding runs out?

Is there a way to ensure that ZCG is a springboard for strong contributors who will stick around?

Is there any thought around preferring grantees that have a path to independent profitability that keeps them contributing?

In the recent ZURE survey, ZCG received a confidence score of 2.95 out of 5 for its ability to allocate funds to projects that increase user adoption. How do you plan to allocate funds to projects that effectively increase user adoption, and what strategies will you implement to help improve this score?
